When you sell any product on Pensight, free or paid, we help you collect testimonials (reviews) that can be a very powerful tool to social proof your products and increase your sales. We send automated testimonial requests to your clients, but you can also send manual requests with a special link where your clients can leave a testimonial.
Grab your testimonial link from your profile page, the button to copy your testimonial link is where the testimonials section is in the edit mode. See the image below:
There are a few ways we prompt your clients to leave a testimonial. When the client leaves the call by clicking the red Hang Up button they will see a request to leave a testimonial immediately. We also keep it in the chat if they want to come back to it. The third way we remind the clients about testimonials is by sending them an email with the testimonial request 10 minutes after the session is scheduled to finish.
Testimonial request email is sent 24 hours after the purchase.
Testimonials request emails is sent 24 hours after course completion or 7 days after the course purchase (whichever is earlier). We also show a request to review when user completes the last lesson.

Each testimonial has three fields:
We only display testimonials on your page if they have 5 stars and a written public message. We also show the number of 5 stars you received at the top of your profile just under your profile image.
You can always hide individual testimonials even if they have a 5 star rating. You'll find a toggle for testimonials in the Edit mode of your page.
